1. By using the services of Feesh Arena and its partners you are agreeing to the following terms of use. If you do not accept the terms of use you do not have authority to participate in any activities and forfeit any rights, perceived or otherwise.
2. The sole purpose of Feesh Arena is entertainment.
3. The Feesh Arena team will always work towards a fair and positive environment for users to play within.
4. Any staking against games is an agreement between you and your opponent. The Feesh Arena team do not bear any responsibility for losses when using this feature
5. Game experience and length is entirely dependent on the circumstances in each game. The Feesh Arena team take no responsibility for impacts to game experiences cause by:
   1. Technical issues
   2. Abandonment
   3. Deliberate acts of malice
   4. Capacity issues
   5. Any other causes outside of the teams control
6. The price of games and rewards are decided by The Feesh Arena team and are liable to change at any time. Notice of changes in game price will be notified at least 24 hours prior to implementation.
7. Behaviour of all participants is expected to follow the basic standards of decency, sportsmanship and integrity. Failure to act in a manner in keeping with that expectation will result in a warning followed by a ban if the behaviour continues. In some cases an immediate ban will be applied. All is at the discretion of the Feesh Arena team.
8. In all situations the decision of the Feesh Arena team is final.
